The lead name on the booking must give notice to cancel the tour in writing or by email at our office. We will refund the tour cost after deducting cancellation charges as follows:
From the booking date up to 30 days before departure: 30% of the package cost is chargeable.
From 30 to 15 days before departure: 50% of the package cost is chargeable.
From 15 to 7 days before departure: 75% of the package cost is chargeable.
Within 5 days before departure: 100% of the package cost is chargeable.
We reserve the right to make changes to your tour program due to unexpected conditions. If you do not wish to accept a significant change (which we will inform you about before departure), we will offer:
An alternative tour of equal or similar standard and price at no extra cost, OR
A less expensive tour, in which case we will refund the price difference, OR
The option to cancel with a full refund of deposits paid, except for amendment charges of Rs 1500.
If the change is not due to events such as war, civil unrest, terrorist activity, natural disaster, fire, or bad weather, we will pay compensation as follows:
Before 12 days prior to departure: Deposits only
Before 7 days prior to departure: 100% of the tour cost
Before 4 days prior to departure: 100% of the tour cost + 1.25% of tour cost
Before 2 days prior to departure: 100% of the tour cost + 3.50% of tour cost
We cannot accept responsibility or pay compensation if, due to circumstances beyond our control, we must change your tour, cancel it, or if you suffer loss or damage. These circumstances may include, but are not limited to: war, threat of war, airport closures, epidemics, natural or nuclear disasters, terrorist activity, civil unrest, industrial disputes, or severe weather conditions.
We want all our customers to enjoy a safe and carefree holiday. However, you are responsible for your actions and their impact on others. If your behavior is deemed unsafe, disruptive, or offensive to staff, other guests, or property, we may terminate your contract and refuse further service without refund or compensation.
You are responsible for your own safety and for the condition of any property you use. We are not liable for accidents resulting from irresponsible behavior or damage caused by you.
If you consume alcohol during your holiday, you must do so responsibly. We will not accept liability for injuries or losses caused by impaired judgment due to alcohol.
You and your travel companions will be held jointly responsible for any damage to property, accommodation, or equipment, as well as any legal costs incurred in pursuing claims.
We strive to provide the best possible service. If you encounter any issues, please report them immediately to the accommodation management, transport supplier, or your tour representative. If the issue remains unresolved, contact us directly at the provided email or phone number.
No complaints or refund requests will be entertained after the tour ends.
